Flexibility IS NOT range of motion! Reality check here. Doing the splits and putting your body into a pretzel position has nothing to do with flexibility. It's just range of motion and it can be very deceptive! Get clear on what it truly means to be flexible and free yourself of the false notion that you have to be amazing at yoga or the splits to get a body that feels and looks amazing.
